Guiding Principles for the Founding of St. Coletta’s Training Center:

1.Jesus Christ loves all of humanity as the underlying basis for everything.
2.Put into practice and promote respect for the sanctity of all life.
3.Provide for the needs of the body, mind and soul of those placed in our care.
4.Assist the disabled in the following concrete ways:
  (1)Eliminate access obstacles for the disabled.
  (2)Help them to develop their full potential.
  (3)Help them to develop a sense of self-worth.
5.Make it possible for the disabled to live a high quality of life – allowing for maximum independence, personal satisfaction, and a sense of belonging.
